Enjoy learning the Art of Pole Dancing while getting your body in superior shape. You will gain upper body strength and coordination while invigorating your soul. Each Pole Dancing pose is done with proper alignment, breath and force to create an aerobic strength training workout. You will tighten your core, lengthen your body, and strengthen muscles you did not even know you had, all while performing beautiful dance routines to your favorite songs and embracing your inner Pole'arina.

Rockin Pole

This class is for very Beginners to Advanced. You will learn the art of eye connection, points of connection on the pole to help you with graceful movements from one dance move to the next, you will incorporate Rockin' dance moves combined with Rockin' Pole Moves for an accomplished routine with the pole.

Pole Exotic Fusion

Exotic Flo™ Classes at The Girls Room are designed to teach you how to hypnotize, tantalize and mesmerize anyone in the room. You will learn the science behind sensual movement and the dance of the chakras.
Through Exotic Flo™ we show you how to take charge of your feminine power and embrace the sensuality of being a woman!

This class teaches poise, grace and the art of hypnotic movements, while wearing your favorite high heels. This class is open to beginners as well as more advanced students in pole dancing and bring your own high heels, that are no greater than 5 inches, to join this class.

ZUMBA® Fitness

This class includes: total body sculpting, waist tightening, curve enhancing, and calorie burning dance moves! You will move and groove to sexy latin beats, while sculpting a curvacous and toned body. No rhythm required.
